Irises 2015

After a couple of very unsuccessful seasons our irises seem to be hitting their straps this year.  The most prolific - at least at this time - are the Dutch irises which are flowering in several locations.
Somewhere in appearance between these Dutch Irises and Bearded Irises are Yellow Flags.  This one is in a small wetland Frances has created.
The rest of the post is essentially a collection of images of the very pretty flowers of Bearded Irises!








This white variety is always the first to flower.
