Some potential themes for Bunda St

There are a number of potential themes emerging for our life in Bunda St, and this post (and the previous one) will start to hint at some of them.

We have good exposure to the sky here.  None of those inconvenient trees to get in the way.  So clouds and sunsets are matters of interest.  Here are some examples:

Since we last spent significant time in the city the white rental treadlies have appeared in many places including draped on the safety mirror outside our car park.  This morning it was back on the ground.
I have noticed in a number of bizarre locations and suspect a dedicated post might be in the offing.

The small dog has been very restless in the apartment and I thought that this might be because her routine had been stuffed so we should start taking her for proper morning walks again, rather than just excretory excursions to Glebe Park.  So today we went round Nerang Pool.
That was a 3km walk and very pleasant.  So perhaps an ongoing theme will be reflections on this walk and its variations.  There are lots of street trees along the way and many dogs have piddled on them.  This has to be investigated, which does not improve the speed of the stroll.
We first crossed Parkes Way at 0650hrs.  The least traffic I have seen on that road for years.
A good number of fruit bats were down near the pool.
A few waterbirds were on the edge thereof.
By 0725hrs the traffic had built up but was still moving.
I didn't record anything particularly today, but there is some interest in how the roof top car parks fill up.  It was nowhere near full by 0745 but from about 0900 onwards there are only a few vacant spots.
