Parrots of the Hackett Water Tanks

I went to a couple of spots in North Canberra where Swift Parrots had been seen recently (or at least in the last 3 weeks).  Unfortunately they had moved on.

However I did come across a pair of Gang-gangs making nice.  I have fiddled with the exposure in the first two images

At least I think they were making nice.  In view of what followed she may have been saying "You lazy sod, get down there and rip some bark off the entrance to our hollow."
The next two are as taken.

Exposure fiddled with for Bird-A-Day Eastern Rosella.
