Flowers of sulphur

I have just found our first examples of Diuris suphurea for the season on this property.  As the Field Guide to the Orchids of the ACT describes its flowering season as 'late spring-summer' this could be thought to be a little early.  It will be interesting to see how long they last as all other orchids I have found this year appear  to have emerged, flowered and vanished in a very short time.

The habitat was essentially Kunzea ericoides brush, with some Pultenaea in the vicinity.
The bright yellow colour, and relatively restricted areas of brown were sufficient for me to make the identification.  Here is a front-on shot.
Now one from the side.
Finally a twofer.
