Mallacoota Sunset

 One of the similarities between Mallacoota and 505 is the quality of the sunsets.  On 22 June the Mallacoota version was pretty good. This one was taken from the lounge with a ghost of me, and a reflection of my reading light.

Traralgon comes good

 On our last trip we visited Traralgon to buy a floor lamp.  This time we did so the check out the Railway Reservoir Reserve, which France had fond in an online search. It was forecast to be cool and wet at our expected time of arrival so the sight of condensation clouds above the power stations of the La Trobe valley was not a surprise.  This is Loy Yang (taken as we bypassed Sale). A long trail of clouds suggests an inversion was active. The single plume from Moe was visible later. When we lived in Ottawa a popular brand of pizzas had the phone number 13 11 11. A joke was that the couldn't be ordered in Quebec as the phone keypads don't have a button for '11'.  Our satnav wore out the '11'  as we approached Traralgon. There are signs at the Reserve about not feeding the fowl bread.  Someone was feeding the fowl grain which was very popular.  (Later in our walk we were pursued by a flock of Swamphens.)
