A job I wouldn't want

I posted some time ago a set of images of a crane being dismantled in Canberra.  Today some fitters were doing something to the Telstra Tower in Mallacoota.  Here are some images.  The first was as I first had my attention attracted.

The most interesting element of this is the small basket.  From wat happened at the end that seems to be how the most of the guys travel up and down.
This starts to give the idea of why I am not interested.
I think this a replacement part arriving at the top of the tower.
It was never clear to me what was is the small bag.  My starting point was that it was the workers' lunches, but they didn't seem to stop to eat.
They have much faith in their safety straps.
A 4th "team member" had to climb up the ladder.  As far as I could see he wasn't clipping on as he went up so he must have much faith in the outer set of bars catching him.
At the end of the process the three guys that were up there when I started watching came down in the basket.  I missed a photo of that - drat - and didn't bother with one of the last guy coming down the ladder.
